Administrative & Agreement Fees

• New Tenancy Agreement Fee: £360 per new tenancy.

• Tenancy Renewal Agreement Fee: £180

• Referencing Fee: £60 per individual tenant, occupant, or guarantor.

• Renewal Commission: 10% of the agreed rent for the renewal term.

Compliance & Safety Arrangement Fees

Arrangement fee of £50 in addition to the actual cost of the contractor for the following:

• Gas Safety Check

• Portable Appliance Test (PAT)

• Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR)

• Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)

• Legionnaires Assessment

• Smoke and Carbon Monoxide Alarms Installation

Inventory & Deposits

• Inventory Fees: Between £100 – £150+ depending on property size for make, check-in, or check-out inspections

• Deposit Registration Fee: £60 per year

• Deposit Dispute Paperwork: £240 for preparing and submitting evidence to the TDS

• Deposit Dispute Documentation Copies: £60 per copy

Specialist Management Services

• Vacant Property Care: £200 per month, with a minimum fee of £200

• £60 per property visit: per visit

• Right to Rent Re-check: £50 per check

• Furnishing Administration: 10% of the total net cost of furniture, subject to a minimum of £250

• Presentation Service: £60 plus a 10% administration fee of the total expenditure (minimum £200 charge)
