Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR)
Electrical Installation Certificate (EIC)
Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)

Smoke and Carbon Monoxide Alarms Testing and Installation
Inventory & Deposits
Inventory Fees: Between £99 – £149+ depending on property size for make, check-in, or check-out inspections
Deposit Dispute Paperwork: £249 for preparing and submitting evidence to the TDS
Deposit Dispute Documentation Copies: £60 per copy
Specialist Management Services
Vacant Property Care: £120 per month, with a minimum fee of £120
Property Visit: £60 per visit
Additional Right to Rent Re-check: £60 per check
Presentation Service: £60 plus a 10% administration fee of the total expenditure (minimum £60 charge)
